Jaime has been a partner in the Commercial Law Department of Alliantia since 2012.
He has worked in international law firms and institutions in New York, Luxembourg (European Investment Bank), London and Madrid. He has vast experience advising on international transactions and contracts, refinancing, business acquisitions and transactions in capital markets.
His wide range of professional experience and his knowledge of different sectors and jurisdictions allow him to advise his clients on more complex situations and the taking of strategic decisions.
He lectures at different legal and business schools.
